Boston Kokikai Aikido

"minimum effort maximum effect"

Every Aikido class starts with warm-ups.  Then we do Ki Development exercises (sort of like the wax on/wax off of Karate Kid) and then we practice rolls and then we practice technique.  The great thing about Aikido is it is not rigorous unless you do it all day!  Then it can become pretty tiring!  I am not usually so tired I don't want to do it the next day.  That way, I don't become so exhausted after on workout I don't want to do it again.  I feel you can practice Aikido every day.  It's such a pleasant way to end the day as well.
